Who we are, and that this is pre-launch

This site is operated by Corego Limited, a New Zealand company. skella is in active development and is not yet available as a product. These terms cover your use of this website and the notify list — not a software service, which doesn't exist yet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement.

What this covers

This is an informational marketing site. Nothing here is an offer to sell a product, a price, or a commitment to ship on any date. Statements about what skella will do describe our current intent and may change.

The notify list

If you join the notify list, you agree we can email you about skella milestones. You can leave at any time, and we'll stop.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no scraping it to build a competing service.

Our IP

The skella name and brand, this site's code, design and copy, and the architecture and system design of the skella platform — including its published design decisions — are the intellectual property of Corego Limited. Reading about how skella is built grants you no licence to copy or reimplement it.

Warranty and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim implied warranties and our liability to you arising from this site is limited to NZD 100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes go to the New Zealand courts.

Changes

When we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update this page.
